1.) Is this an all ages
community?
YES! Brooke Meadow welcomes all ages... families,
newlyweds, young single professionals, single moms and dads, empty-nesters, seniors
- each of you could find a home in Brooke Meadow!
2.) Do you allow pets?
YES! A maximum of two pets are permitted. We accept dogs
that are no larger than 20 inches at the shoulder. Pit Bulls and
similar breeds which are known to be vicious or have aggressive
characteristics are not allowed in the community, regardless of their
size. All pets must be kept indoors or accompanied by a resident
and appropriately controlled when outdoors.
3.) How much is your space
rent?
We have four different size lots and our homesite lease rates vary
according to the size. The rates are: "A"=$490.00, "B"=$500.00, "C"=$510.00 and
"D"=$520.00.
4.) Are leases available?
YES! Brooke Meadow offers the protection and
security of long-term leases so you'll have it in "black and
white" what you can expect in the future!
5.) Do you have vacant
homesites available?
YES! We have several homesites available
6.) How large are your
homesites?
Our homesites are larger than many mobile home park homesites in
Sacramento. In fact, our homesites range in size from 4,000 to
6,000 square feet! Compare that to the postage stamp sized yards
of many "conventional" housing tracts! All of our homesites will accommodate a double-wide
and some will accommodate a triple-wide!
7.) What about utility bills?
The Community bills you each month for the water, trash, storm drain, and sewer fees
which are charged by the City/County to the Community for each homesite.
Currently that amount is slightly over $51 per month. The
Community also bills you each month for your natural gas usage, just
like you would be billed by PG&E. You are responsible for your
electric bill, which is paid directly by you to SMUD, as well as cable
TV and/or telephone service.
8.) Do you have RV and Boat storage
available?
YES! For a small monthly fee for residents only.
